GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL RESERVATIONS

ny reservation at Sundown Manor Guesthouse is subject to Standard Terms and Conditions 

Guests will be required to produce an authentic form of identification at time of check-in;                              South African Identity book or valid passport of which a copy will be taken and securely stored.               Website rates are nett and Non Commissionable
Inclusive of the prescribed value added tax (VAT) 
Allow for a room only rate or packaged Bed & Breakfast rate on a single or double basis (Triple in road lodges).
Bed and Breakfast packaged rates are non refundable  but can be transferred to a without  room only rate.    The breakfast is applicable for the morning after the nights’ accommodation.
Rates indicated for a "double" are based on two persons sharing a room
