Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.

The owners and management of Sundown Manor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.

Child Policy:

Children welcome. Baby cot available (at extra daily rate)

Deposit Conditions:

Deposit Payment guarantee required at time of booking (50% of the total) either by electronic bank transfer or credit card. Balance strictly payable on arrival at check-in

Cancellation policy:

Bookings which are cancelled or if the guest is a "no-show" the following terms apply
0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit
7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit,
14-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
Bookings cancelled after 30 days are subject to a R250 service fee charge

All major credit cards accepted as well as Cash & Bank Credit Transfers.

Check In/Check Out Times:

Check in: after 14:00

Check out: before 10:00

Late/Early arrival charged R150.00 extra per room for arrivals before check-in or after 21h00 on check-in day
Midnight or later arrivals charged at R250 extra per room (between 00H00 - 5h00am)

Other terms:

The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.
